USA & Canada Orders
Rush Delivery of Hit2Lead.com® compounds is usually limited to a 1 pack quantity. To be eligible for the Rush Delivery, the compound pack must be marked with the word “Rush”.
- For orders originating in United States or Canada, your Rush samples will be shipped to you via FedEx Overnight Service or FedEx International Priority (unless requested otherwise) within 1 business day after the order is placed. Rush orders received before 12pm (PST) will usually ship the same business day.
- Samples that are not indicated as a “Rush” will be delivered via FedEx Overnight Service or FedEx International Priority (unless requested otherwise) in about 1 week. *
International Orders
For orders originating outside United States or Canada, your samples will usually ship to you via an international courier service within 1 business day after the order is placed. Delivery of some orders may take about a week. *
Shipping & Handling Terms
- Expected shipping times for each sample in your order will be indicated on the order processing page.
- Please note that the delivery of some Building Blocks, ordered in 5g amounts and larger, may take longer.
- Shipping and Handling charges will be added to the order total. The amount of these charges will depend upon the shipping destination.
Duties & Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. For all orders, the client is fully responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be also borne by the recipient; ChemBridge has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
